Abstract

The subject of the study: specific principles of introducing innovations in the professional training of future specialists. Innovations in the development of modern education can be considered as a purposeful transformation of the content of teaching and administration of the educational process, aimed at improving the quality of educational services, the competitiveness of academic institutions and their graduates, and ensuring the comprehensive personal and professional development of future professionals.

Methods are analysis of scientific, psychological, pedagogical, and methodological literature.

Results. We have identified several specific principles for introducing innovations in the professional training of future specialists: the principle of systematicity, the principle of interdisciplinarity, the principle of professional specificity, the principle of early professionalization, the principle of unity of tradition and innovation, the principles of differentiation/individualization, the principle of heuristic interactivity, the principle of independence.

Conclusions and recommendations. The principles of introducing innovations in the professional training of future specialists identified in the article allow us to characterize the educational system as a system for achieving future specialists' training and education goals. At the same time, none can be fully realized in isolation from their totality. Since the educational process of professional training of specialists is complex and multifaceted, we consider compliance with the proposed principles necessary for the optimal functioning of the educational system.
