ACADEMIC CULTURE OF FUTURE PIANISTS AND CONDITIONS OF ITS FORMATION

Many researchers research academic culture. However, only a few studies are devoted to identifying the conditions for the successful formation of the educational culture of future pianists. Our primary goal is to identify the conditions that contribute to the formation of the academic culture of future pianists.
Methods. The determination of the conditions for forming the academic culture of future pianists at the university was based on the results of the analysis of scientific sources, where we identified the most effective conditions in our subjective opinion. We used the peer review and Pearson consistency tests to confirm the conclusions. The experts were teachers with at least ten years of experience in training future pianists, who at the same time had a scientific degree and were also active researchers in the field of art. The total number of experts is eight people. They had to rank the conditions in the order of efficiency they determined, where 1 is the most effective condition, according to the expert, and 10 is the least effective.
Results. We substantiated the expediency of observing the following conditions that could potentially affect the development of the academic culture of future pianists: the development of communication skills in professional communication, the development of student's critical thinking, and the encouragement of participation in scientific and educational, and practical informal events.
Our findings provide a solid foundation for constructing a professional training model. Based on the identified conditions, this model will offer a comprehensive understanding of the process of academic culture formation among future pianists and the cause-and-effect relationships between various training approaches, culture formation stages, and training content, forms, and methods.
