Abstract

Today, teacher training in higher education institutions is based on a professional standard that includes organizing extracurricular activities and using IT to organize professional activities. The article aims to substantiate the pedagogical conditions for training future bachelors of secondary education to use digital technologies in career guidance activities. Based on the results of the expert evaluation, four pedagogical conditions have been identified that are the most effective in the opinion of experts: the use of blended learning to develop professional e-communication skills, increasing motivation to master cloud services and SMM technologies, creating a digital educational environment; expanding the content of psychological and pedagogical training with career guidance diagnostics. If teacher training takes into account the identified pedagogical conditions, it will have a positive impact on teachers' ability to use IT for the vocational guidance of young people.
