Tactical and Strategic Competence of IT Specialists: Approaches to the Formation

The article deals with the problem of forming tactical and strategic competence. The article clarifies the interpretation of the concept of "tactical and strategic competence of an information technology specialist". The content of the tactical and strategic competence of future information technology specialists is highlighted. The structure of tactical and strategic competence is described, which includes the following components: motivational and value (reflects the values of implementing tactical and strategic activities in the field of information technology), cognitive (provides knowledge about the nature and purpose of tactical and strategic activities), operational and activity (outlines the skills to implement these activities), creative (distinguishes the characteristic of tactical and strategic activities as creative) and reflective (provides the ability to self-analyze and self-evaluate their actions). The future step of the study is focused on analyzing the practice of forming tactical and strategic competence at the university.
