Types of articles

«IT and educational analytics» is an open-access international, peer-reviewed journal publishing high-quality, original research. Please see the journal's Aims & Scope for information about its focus and peer-review policy.
Open Access means you can publish your research and make it accessible online as soon as it is published, meaning anyone can read (and cite) your work.
Please note that this journal only publishes manuscripts in English. 

«STEM: Analytical Views» journal accepts the following types of papers:

  • Research Paper
  • Review Paper
  • Theoretical Paper

For all articles, please include a short abstract detailing the main research achievements and how the research reported in this paper relates to more comprehensive projects or issues.

Preparing Your Paper

 Research Paper

  • It should be at most 12,000 words in total. This word limit includes all elements of the article (for example, tables, references, and captions for figures)
  • Should be written with the following elements in the following order: title, about the authors; abstract; keywords; main text introduction, literature review, describing of materials and methods, results, discussion; conclusion; acknowledgments (as appropriate); declaration of interest statement (as applicable); references; appendices (as appropriate).
  • The paper should contain an unstructured abstract of 150-200 words.
  • The number of keywords should be 5-10.
  • The most significant part of the paper presents original results supported by substantial data.

Review Paper

  • It should be at most 8,000 words in total. This word limit includes all elements of the article (for example, tables, references, and captions for figures)
  • It's essential to follow this logical order: title, authors' information; abstract; keyword, main text introduction, literature review, describing of materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion; acknowledgments (as appropriate); declaration of interest statement (as applicable); references; appendices (as appropriate). This sequence will guide you in presenting your research in a clear and organized manner.
  • The paper should contain an unstructured abstract of 150-200 words.
  • The number of keywords should be 5-10.
  • A review paper surveys the literature on a particular topic, summarising past research, outlining recent advances, and evaluating the body of knowledge. Reviews are beneficial for researchers, providing an introduction to a subject and stimulating ideas on new areas to explore

Theoretical Article

  • It should be no more than 10,000 words in total. This word limit includes all elements of the article (for example, tables, references, and captions for figures)
  • It's essential to follow this logical order: title, authors' information; abstract; keyword, main text introduction, literature review, describing of materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion; acknowledgments (as appropriate); declaration of interest statement (as applicable); references; appendices (as appropriate).
  • It should contain an unstructured abstract of 150-200 words.
  • The number of keywords should be 5-10.
