Abstract

The full-scale invasion has radically altered the role of digital infrastructure in education. What was recently viewed as a tool for modernization or as a way to make learning more flexible has, in many cases, become a condition for education to continue at all. Learning management systems, video-conferencing services, electronic grade books, cloud storage, and communication channels through messengers and social media now form the backbone of everyday educational practice. At the same time, this digital backbone operates under conditions of permanent threat, unstable electricity and connectivity, and large-scale displacement of both learners and educators.
